Shipment within the EU and the UK
All lemlemeurope.com orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. It usually takes 24-48 hours to process the order to ship.
We currently ship to the UK and Europe (Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bouvet Island, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Vatican City, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Mayotte, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Réunion, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine) via UPS Standard (€15.00).
Additionally, please know that all Items shipped to the UK are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Starting from January 1st, 2021 - orders shipped to the UK are subject to import taxes and customs duties. These charges must be paid by you, the recipient, at the time of delivery or prior. lemlem has no control over these charges, nor can we advise on their amount. The customer should track the order via UPS tracking provided and pay the duties directly on the UPS website, or may contact local UPS to arrange the payment with them prior to delivery.
If the import fees on an international package are not paid upon receipt, the package will be returned to us. If the shipment is refused, the package is undeliverable, or the import fees are not paid, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the return shipping and import fees.
Please note that final sale items cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange. All final sale items are marked as such on their product pages and no returns or refunds can be issued for this merchandise.
All orders to the UK are final sale. All orders outside of the EU are final sale.
lemlem.com accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Afterpay.
The applicable sales tax will be collected at checkout.
Promotional discount codes may never be combined.
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, lemlem accepts domestic returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise with all tags attached, for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
In addition, all Swim items must have their hygienic liners attached, as well as merchandise tags.
This policy excludes Final Sale items, which are not eligible for return or exchange. All sale items are considered Final Sale.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on merchandise that does not meet these policy requirements.
Please reach out to email@example.com to receive an RA# and begin the returns process. lemlem does not provide return labels. All customers are responsible for sending back their return.
All returns require an RA# to be processed. Any returns received without an RA# are subject to store credit.
Customers will be notified via e-mail when the return has been processed by our warehouse and credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Refunds can only be issued in the form of original payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We make every effort to process your return as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 21 days for it to be processed. Credit card refunds may take up to an additional 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on its processing time.
Please note we are unable to process exchanges. If you wish to exchange your purchase for an alternate size, color, or style, please create a new order from the website.

Part of the beauty of each lemlem piece made in Ethiopia, is its handwoven delicate fabric. Due to this production technique, slight imperfections and/or color variations may occur.
We advise dry cleaning all items to best care for your lemlem item.
If you receive your garment and feel there is a quality issue or that it is defective within 14 days of delivery, you may contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss available options. We ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.
