Shipping & Returns
You will be charged in USD according to the applicable exchange rate at the time you place your order via the website.
All orders are shipped from our third-party warehouse in the Netherlands. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email including your order number and the list of items purchased.
Tracking information will be updated one business day after your order has shipped. Please allow 5-7 days to receive your parcel after tracking information is emailed.
We are currently unable to offer overnight shipping or ship to PO Boxes.
Transit times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Please note that holidays and peak sales times may alter your shipment time.
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, lemlem accepts returns of Full-Price unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise with all tags attached, for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
This policy excludes Final Sale items.
Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an RA# and begin the returns process. All returns require an RA# to be processed.
Customers will be notified via e-mail when the return has been processed by our warehouse and credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Refunds can only be issued in the form of original payment.
We make every effort to process your return as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 14 days for it to be processed. Credit card refunds may take up to an additional 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on its processing time.
Please note we are unable to process exchanges. If you wish to exchange your purchase for an alternate size, color, or style, please create a new order from the website.
Part of the beauty of each lemlem piece made in Ethiopia, is its handwoven delicate fabric. Due to this production technique, slight imperfections and/or color variations may occur.
We advise drycleaning all items to best care for your lemlem item.
If you receive your garment and feel there is a quality issue or that it is defective within 14 days of purchase, you may contact email@example.com to discuss available options. We ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.
